About Keith O’Toole

New York State is my home.  I grew up on Long Island.  I attended the State University of New York at Albany, where I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a minor in History.  In my first job after college, I commuted to Manhattan where I was an aide for a member of the New York State Senate.  It was in New York City that I was introduced to the maze of government regulations relating to real estate.   I returned to Albany, where I attended the Albany Law School of Union University.   I graduated from law school in 1990 with a Juris Doctorate.   After law school, I worked as an attorney for a New York State Assemblyman.   In 1992, I entered private practice by opening my own law firm.

I am admitted to practice law in all New York Courts.  I have been admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Western District of New York.  I am also admitted to the United States Bankruptcy Court, Western District of New York.  Yes, I am a Notary Public.

I’ve gained experience in a number of New York State communities and you’ll now find me in my home office in the Town of Greece, NY (a few minutes from Rochester, NY) where I work with clients from the Rochester area as well as abroad.

If you’d like to discuss working together, please contact me.
